Vegetarian Pasta Bake
Serves 4

2½ cups screw noodles (raw)
1 T (15 ml) Ina Paarman's Vegetable Stock Powder
2 T (30 ml) olive oil or butter
2 t (10 ml) Ina Paarman's Green Onion Seasoning
1 x 400 g Ina Paarman's Creamy Cheese Pasta Sauce
2 eggs
1 x 400 g Ina Paarman's Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
15 cherry or baby rosa tomatoes, sliced in half
Ina Paarman's Italian Cheese Sprinkle

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Boil the pasta in water according to packet instructions. Drain and toss with stock powder, olive oil and Green Onion Seasoning.

In a separate bowl beat the cheese sauce with the eggs.

Layer as follows in an ovenproof dish :

Half tomato and basil pasta sauce
Half screw noodles
Half cheese sauce with egg
Repeat with a second layer of each and top with halved baby tomatoes.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until nicely browned. Lightly season with Italian Cheese Sprinkle and serve.

VARIATION:

Replace noodles with 5-6 potatoes, peeled, cubed and parcooked or use 1 medium size butternut, peeled, cubed and steamed until just beginning to soften.
