Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing

You will need

4 celery sticks, finely sliced
2 red apples, unpeeled and cut into thin wedges
1 bunch red or green grapes, halved and pipped
½ cup (125 ml) Ina Paarman’s Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing
½ cup (125 ml) walnuts or pecan nuts, toasted


Toss celery, apples and grapes with Dressing to coat.

Line a plate with watercress and pile up the salad.

Top with toasted nuts and serve.



Replace apples with pears.
