You will need
6 x 25 cm long kebab sticks
400 g unpeeled baby potatoes
3 T (45 ml) melted butter
Ina Paarman’s Potato Spice
Soak the kebab sticks in water.
Cook potatoes in boiling water until just tender, 10 – 13 minutes.
Cut in half and toss with melted butter and Potato Spice.
Thread potato halves on to skewers with the flat side of the potatoes facing upwards.
Grill according to instructions below.
Grill over medium coals, turning regularly, until lightly charred, ± 10 minutes.
