You will need
3 medium carrots, well scrubbed
½ t (2.5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Masala Spice
2 t (10 ml) grated orange rind
¼ cup (60 ml) fresh orange juice
Method
Grate the carrots on the course side of the grater.
Toss with Seasoning and orange rind.
Squeeze the juice and pour over.
Cover and refrigerate.
