You will need
Slice the cabbage into quarter wedges and arrange on foil that has been lightly oiled (see picture).
Place the whole cauliflower in the middle of the cabbage wedges. Sprinkle the vegetables with a little water and season lightly with Seasoned Sea Salt.
Wrap in foil.
Place on the grid or directly on a bed of medium to low heat coals and cook for 20 – 25 minutes.
Open the parcel. Test for doneness.
Coat with Cheese Sauce and sprinkle over grated cheese.
