You will need
2 – 3 baby cabbages
Ina Paarman’s Vegetable Spice
olive oil
± ½ cup (125 ml) Ina Paarman’s Caesar Dressing
Method
You need a fairly hot fire and a cast iron griddle pan for this. Cut each little cabbage into 8 even sized wedges.
Season them with Vegetable Spice and brush with olive oil.
Warm a smooth cast iron griddle pan on the braai or stove top.
Place the cabbage wedges on the griddle pan. Cook until charred all round.
Once well charred, coat with Dressing and spoon onto a serving plate.
