Braai & Grill Seasoning, Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing, Liquid Chicken Stock, Smokey Chipotle BBQ Marinade & Baste 320ml
You will need
16 chicken wings
Ina Paarman’s Braai & Grill Seasoning
½ cup (125 ml) Ina Paarman’s Smokey Chipotle BBQ Marinade
2 T (30 ml) olive oil
2 x 25 g Ina Paarman’s Liquid Chicken Stock
1 cup (250 ml) Ina Paarman’s Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
50 g blue cheese, crumbled

parsley
Method
Adjust the oven rack to the middle position and preheat the oven to 200°C.
Separate the wings at the elbow joint.
Season with Braai & Grill Seasoning.
Toss with Chipotle Sauce, olive oil and Liquid Chicken Stock to coat.
Bake on an oven tray lined with baking paper for 25 – 30 minutes until brown and cooked.
Dipping Sauce
Mix crumbled blue cheese into dressing and decant into a dipping bowl for serving.
To Serve
Serve chicken warm with dipping sauce. Add lime wedges and fresh parsley to the platter.
