You will need
2 cos lettuces
½ cup (125 ml) Ina Paarman’s Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
½ cup (± 60 g) blue cheese, crumbled
½ cup (50 g) pecan nuts
Divide washed and trimmed leaves in half lengthways Arrange on a platter. Drizzle with Dressing and sprinkle with cheese. Top with nuts and serve.
Add halved, fresh pears when in season.
