Deconstructed Garden Salad

A colourful salad using whatever greens you have available.


  • 4 radishes, julienne cut
  • 4 baby marrows, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into thin half rounds
  • 1 head baby cos lettuce, broken into leaves
  • 1 handful each basil and mint
  • a few baby vegetables if available
  • Ina Paarman’s Vegetable Spice

Tuscan Vinaigrette

  • ½ cup (125 ml) Ina Paarman’s Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1 T (15 ml) Ina Paarman’s Sun-dried Tomato Paste

Prepare the ingredients.

Arrange in groups on a platter. Season with Vegetable Spice.

Dress just before serving.
