Vegetable Spice, Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette, Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
You will need
4 radishes, julienne cut
4 baby marrows, thinly sliced
1 medium red onion, cut into thin half rounds
1 head baby cos lettuce, broken into leaves
1 handful each basil and mint
a few baby vegetables if available
Ina Paarman’s Vegetable Spice
½ cup (125 ml) Ina Paarman’s Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 T (15 ml) Ina Paarman’s Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
Method
Prepare the ingredients.
Arrange in groups on a platter. Season with Vegetable Spice.
Dress just before serving.
