
Deconstructed Garden Salad
A colourful salad using whatever greens you have available.
Serves 6
YOU WILL NEED
- 4 radishes, julienne cut
- 4 baby marrows, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red onion, cut into thin half rounds
- 1 head baby cos lettuce, broken into leaves
- 1 handful each basil and mint
- a few baby vegetables if available
- Ina Paarman’s Vegetable Spice
Tuscan Vinaigrette
- ½ cup (125 ml) Ina Paarman’s Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 T (15 ml) Ina Paarman’s Sun-dried Tomato Paste
Method
Prepare the ingredients.
Arrange in groups on a platter. Season with Vegetable Spice.
Dress just before serving.
