Green Onion Seasoning

You will need

6 hard boiled eggs
250 g tub smooth cottage cheese
125 g wedge creamy blue cheese
¼ cup (60 ml) finely sliced chives
1 t (5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Green Onion Seasoning

Method

Process all the ingredients together in a food processor until it is rough textured. Spoon into small individual paté dishes. Serve with (ruchetta).
