A wonderfully flavourful mixture. The vinegar will dull the colour of the mint but the flavour remains great!

Seasoned Sea Salt Seasoning

You will need

1 cup (250 ml) fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
1 fresh green chilli, seeded and finely chopped
½ t (2.5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Seasoned Sea Salt
2 t (10 ml) castor sugar
2 T (30 ml) cider vinegar

fresh mint leaves


Put chopped mint leaves and chillies in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Season with Seasoned Sea Salt and stir in sugar and cider vinegar, mixing well.

Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves.
