You will need

1 small English cucumber, cut into chunks
2 celery stalks and leaves, cut up
1 ripe pear or apple, unpeeled and cut up
½ lemon with peel, cut up
3 cm fresh ginger, sliced with skin on
ice cubes (optional)

3 medium beetroot, cut up with peel
½ lemon cut up with peel
3 cm fresh ginger, sliced with skin on
ice cubes (optional)

1 pineapple, peeled and cut up
1 carrot, unpeeled and cut up
3cm fresh ginger, sliced with skin on
ice cubes (optional)

Ina’s Tip

The juices will keep in the fridge for a day. Stir before serving. They all freeze very successfully.

Method

Feed all the vegetables and fruits into a juicer. Or process until very fine in a Nutribullet.
