You will need
Sauté the onion, pre-seasoned with Green Onion Seasoning, in the melted butter until soft and golden. Add milk. Place the haddock skin side down on top of the onions. Cover with a lid and simmer for ± 5 – 6 minutes. Remove haddock, discard skin and flake fish.
Add Cheese Sauce to the liquid in the pan, stir and warm through. Fold in flaked haddock.
Top with snipped chives.
