Potato Spice

You will need

8 – 10 medium size baby potatoes, unpeeled
Ina Paarman’s Potato Spice
1 T (15 ml) olive oil
2 T (30 ml) butter, melted

Ina’s Tip

Slice one potato at a time in the bowl of a wooden spoon, to prevent cutting all the way through.


Slice the potatoes multiple times across. See Ina’s Tip.

Season potatoes with Potato Spice. Toss with oil/butter mixture in a mixing bowl.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for a few minutes.

Place potatoes in the air fryer, cut sides up.

Cook potatoes for ± 25 minutes until crispy on the outside and soft inside. Serve soon.

Cook for 45 minutes.
