You will need
Adjust oven rack to the middle position.
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Oil and season the chops very lightly on one side and place them, top to tail, in a single layer in a rectangular ovenproof dish.
Spread mustard over the top of the chops. Place a good heaped tablespoon of Chilli Chutney on each chop.
Bake for 35 minutes until bubbly and just beginning to brown.
Serve with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Our Ready to Serve Roast Onion Gravy is also a good accompaniment.
Use our Peach Apricot Chutney in place of Sweet Chilli Chutney.
