Use a combination of easily available leaves or whatever you have in the garden.
YOU WILL NEED
- 1 punnet baby rocket leaves
- 2 small gem lettuces
- microgreens or mint leaves
- Ina Paarman’s Creamy Herb Dressing or Classic Balsamic VInaigrette
Toss the leaves together and dress with the Dressing just before serving.
Raid your garden! Nasturtium, spinach and beetroot leaves all make excellent additions to salads. A handful of mint leaves is always a welcome addition.
