You will need
3 large ripe mangoes
2 chillies, remove seeds and membranes
1 t (5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Vegetable Spice
¼ cup (60 ml) Ina Paarman’s Lime & Coriander Dressing
fresh coriander (optional)
Method
Peel and cube the mangoes. Slice the seeded chillies very finely. Season mangoes lightly with Vegetable Spice. Toss everything together, with Dressing. Garnish with fresh coriander if available.
