You will need
200 g green beans, use young ones, remove stalk ends
2 T (30 ml) olive oil
Ina Paarman’s Vegetable Spice
½ cup (125 ml) water
2 cups (500 ml) frozen petit pois (baby peas)
Method
Lightly toss the beans with olive oil, water and Vegetable Spice. Cover with a lid and cook for 6 – 8 minutes.
Add peas, while stir-frying vegetables in oil remaining after water has evaporated, it will take ± 3 minutes.
