You will need
200 g green beans, use young ones, remove stalk ends
½ T (7.5 ml) olive oil
2 cups (500 ml) frozen petit pois
Ina Paarman’s Vegetable Spice
1 T (15 ml) butter
Method
Lightly toss the beans with olive oil and steam for 6 minutes.
Add peas, season all with Vegetable Spice and finish cooking for a final 3 minutes.
Toss with butter and serve.
