You will need
800 g pork belly
Ina Paarman’s Garlic Pepper Seasoning
olive oil
Method
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for a few minutes.
Line fryer under the basket with foil to catch all the meat juices.
Season and oil meat. Place skin side down.
Cook for 20 minutes. Turn the meat skin side up. Increase the temperature to 200°C.
Cook for a final 15 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with apple jelly or apple sauce.
