Olive Butter on Seed Bread
Wow! A real discovery. I now keep a small jar of this Olive Butter in my fridge.
YOU WILL NEED
- 1 loaf of fresh bread, try and find an interesting artisanal one, like the seed loaf we used
- 3 T (45 ml) Ina Paarman’s Olive Pesto
- ½ cup (125 g) salted butter at room temperature
Mix together Olive Pesto and butter. Serve on the side with bread.
