Garlic & Herb Seasoning

You will need

12 slices of French Bread
olive oil
Ina Paarman’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 cup (250 ml) grated cheese (Cheddar or a mixture of Cheddar and Emmenthaler)


Oil the bread lightly on both sides and season lightly with Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Toast on a lidded toaster until golden.

Leave on the toaster.

Cover the slices with a generous amount of grated cheese.

Place a sheet of baking paper over the cheese and close the lid. Toast until cheese is golden brown.

Gently peel off the baking paper and serve.
