Open Toasted Cheese
Easy and delicious!
YOU WILL NEED
- 12 slices of French Bread
- olive oil
- Ina Paarman’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 1 cup (250 ml) grated cheese (cheddar or a mixture of cheddar and emmenthaler)
Oil the bread lightly on both sides and season lightly with Green Onion Seasoning. Toast on a lidded toaster until golden.
Leave on the toaster.
Cover the slices with a generous amount of grated cheese.
Place a sheet of baking paper over the cheese and close the lid. Toast until cheese is golden brown.
Gently peel off the baking paper and serve.
