You will need
200 g punnet cherry or baby rosa tomatoes
350 g punnet red and yellow vine tomatoes
olive oil

Method
Adjust the oven rack to the middle position and preheat oven to 200°C.
Prick each tomato with a toothpick to prevent bursting.
Place tomatoes on a well oiled baking tray.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with Vegetable Spice.
Roast for ± 10 minutes.
