Papino, Lime and Chilli Sambal
A lovely fresh sambal, the sweetness of the papino complements the curry.
YOU WILL NEED
- 1 small ripe papino, peeled and pipped, reserve a few pips for garnish
- 1 red chilli, finely sliced
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Ina Paarman’s Lime & Coriander Reduced Oil Dressing
- Ina Paarman’s Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning
- butter lettuce
- papino pips
- fresh coriander leaves
- lime slices
Dice or slice the papino. Add the chilli and Dressing. Toss and taste for seasoning.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with a few of the reserved papino pips, fresh coriander and lime slices.
