Peas and Brussel Sprouts
We are combining these two vegetables (loved by the English).
YOU WILL NEED
- 250 - 300 g brussel sprouts, trim off the stem end, leave sprouts whole or cut each one into halves or quarter wedges
- 250 g frozen peas
- 1 T (15 ml) olive oil
- 2 t (10 ml) Ina Paarman's Vegetable Spice
Peel off some of the outer leaves of the sprouts and steam with the sprouts until nearly done, add the peas and olive oil and just steam for ± 4 minutes until defrosted and heated through. Season with Vegetable Spice and serve.
