Peri-Peri Wings on the Braai

I am afraid you will probably have to allow at least four wings per person. They are seriously delicious.


  • 16 - 24 chicken wings
  • Ina Paarman's Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Ina Paarman's Peri-Peri Marinade

Arrange the wings in a round microproof dish. Season with Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning and coat them with a ¼ cup (60 ml) of Peri-Peri Marinade. Microwave on 50% power for 15 minutes. Leave to rest for at least 10 minutes, or prepare in advance and refrigerate.

Finish off on the braai over medium hot coals, baste regularly with remaining Marinade until nice and crispy.
