You will need
16 – 24 chicken wings
Ina Paarman’s Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning
1 cup (250 ml) Ina Paarman’s Peri-Peri Marinade
Method
Arrange the wings in a round microproof dish. Season with Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning and coat them with a ¼ cup (60 ml) of Peri-Peri Marinade. Microwave on 50% power for 15 minutes. Leave to rest for at least 10 minutes, or prepare in advance and refrigerate.
Finish off on the braai over medium hot coals, baste regularly with remaining Marinade until nice and crispy.
