Smooth, healthy and the most delicious way to start a brunch.

You will need

1 cup (250 ml) fresh orange juice
1 pineapple, peeled and cut up
1 cup (250 ml) full cream plain yoghurt

½ pineapple, unpeeled and cut into half rounds


Place all the ingredients in a Nutri Bullet or liquidiser and process until smooth.

Refrigerate to chill.

Serve in small glasses.


To Garnish

Skewer two half slices of pineapple onto a sosatie stick and add a sprig of mint.
