Salmon and / or Ham Platter

The Salmon is a bit extravagant, if the budget does not allow, leave it off and serve only the ham. Best to buy fresh, thinly sliced ham from a good deli.


  • 200 g smoked salmon trout, sliced
  • 500 g gypsy ham, finely sliced
  • 1 punnet watercress
  • freshly ground black pepper


  • lemon slices
  • wholegrain mustard (optional)

Arrange salmon and ham on a platter, add watercress and a grinding of black pepper. Garnish salmon with slices of lemon and serve ham with mustard on the side.
