You will need
200 g smoked salmon trout, sliced
500 g gypsy ham, finely sliced
1 punnet watercress
freshly ground black pepper
lemon slices
wholegrain mustard (optional)
Method
Arrange salmon and ham on a platter, add watercress and a grinding of black pepper. Garnish salmon with slices of lemon and serve ham with mustard on the side.
