Lemon & Rosemary Seasoning

You will need

1 pinapple, cut into triangles
2 bananas, sliced
1 papino, sliced
1 small punnet strawberries, quatered
1 t (5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Lemon & Rosemary Seasoning
1 lemon, sliced

1 cup (250 ml) double cream yoghurt
2 T (30 ml) honey
1 T (15 ml) chopped mint
extra honey to drizzle


Prepare fruits. Cut and arrange on a platter or board.

Mix the yoghurt with honey and mint, serve in a dipping bowl. Serve extra honey on the side.
