Garlic Pepper Seasoning OR Fish Spice, Ready to Serve Pepper Sauce
You will need
250 g or 2 fillets of salmon trout, sword fish or hake (skin on)
Ina Paarman’s Garlic Pepper Seasoning or Fish Spice
olive oil
Ina Paarman’s Ready to Serve Pepper Sauce
Method
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for a few minutes.
Season fish meaty side.
Drizzle and rub with oil.
Line the basket with baking paper.
Place the fish, skin down, on the paper.
Cook for 8 – 10 minutes, depending on thickness.
Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Optional
Garnish with fresh slices of oranges and limes.
Oven Cooking
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Bake fish for 15 minutes.
