You will need
Ina Paarman’s Ready to Serve Pepper Sauce
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for a few minutes.
Season fish meaty side.
Drizzle and rub with oil.
Line the basket with baking paper.
Place the fish, skin down, on the paper.
Cook for 8 – 10 minutes, depending on thickness.
Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh slices of oranges and limes.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Bake fish for 15 minutes.
