A real treat! The quinces combine perfectly with the papinos. If not available, replace quinces with figs or stewed guavas.

You will need

4 stewed quince halves
1 – 2 papinos peeled and pipped or fresh figs (in season)
1 cup (250 ml) double cream plain yoghurt
4 t (20 ml) soft brown sugar

Method

Cube the quince and papino.

Dish into glasses.

Add yoghurt.

Top with brown sugar.
