You will need
2 punnets tenderstem broccoli
2 punnets green asparagus (well rinsed)
olive oil

The olive oil preserves the colour during steaming. Best to season after cooking.
Method
Place vegetables in the basket of a regular or micro steamer. Drizzle with about a tablespoon of olive oil and toss.
Steam until just tender and still bright green, about 5 – 10 minutes, depending on size. Season with Vegetable Spice and add another small splash of olive oil before serving.
