You will need
¼ cup (60 ml) Triple Sec liqueur or whiskey
500 ml long life vanilla custard
Grate the zest of 2 of the oranges.
Cut off the skins of all the oranges and slice oranges into ½ cm thick slices. Reserve any juice that might have leaked out.
Arrange the orange slices in a bowl and pour the Triple Sec or whisky and any juice over.
Sprinkle over orange zest.
Serve with custard and Freestyle Meringues.
