Honey Mustard Dressing

You will need

chopping board
small sharp knife
vegetable peeler
pair of scissors

1 large red pepper
1 large yellow pepper
1 bunch medium carrots
1 English cucumber
1 cherry tomato cut in half
1 packet bread sticks

Slice ⅓ of the red pepper lengthways. Hollow out the bigger piece and cut the smaller one into long strips. Cut the yellow pepper in half through the waist, clean out pips and membranes. Connect carriages on a rectangular wooden board using toothpicks. Fill carriages with carrot sticks, pepper strips, cucumber strips (reserve some cucumber for wheels), add bread sticks and fill the last carriage with Honey Mustard Dressing. Cut the baby tomato in half and secure in the front of the train with toothpicks to make headlights.
