Watermelon, Feta & Olive

Try this novel way of cutting up a watermelon. I just love it, much easier to eat.

Serves 4-5

½ a small seedless watermelon, cut as illustrated
2 wheels feta cheese, cut into batons
¼ cup (60 ml) pipped black olives

Prepare the watermelon, as shown in pic, and plate.
Add the feta and olives on the side as an additional extra.

Ina's Tip

Use the smooth side of a meat mallet and a large cook’s knife to portion the watermelon.
