Yoghurt with Oats

I discovered this divine breakfast treat on holiday in Mauritius. We prepare it once and serve it throughout the week.


  • 1 litre plain yoghurt
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) Jungle oats
  • ⅓ - ½ tin (126 g - 190 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • seasonal fruit of your choice

Mix the yoghurt, oats and 1/3 tin of condensed milk. Taste for sweetness and add more if needed. Return to the yoghurt container and keep in the fridge. Serve as needed with fresh fruit sliced on top. We found, granadilla, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, papino or papaya all absolutely delicious. Yoghurt will keep for a week refrigerated
