A Curry Table with all the Trimmings
Turmeric is one of the essential ingredients of Curry or Masala powders and sauces.
This bright yellow spice is very important in spice-based medical research. It is known for its antiseptic, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory properties. Many of the other herds and spices used in curry dishes also have impressive health benefits.
This is a good reason to serve an aromatic curry dish once a week.
Janet’s delicious Lamb and Vegetable Curry is a must to try. We cooked the lamb first, low and slow, in the oven. Once the meat was tender we added the sautéed vegetables, coconut milk and Tikka Curry Sauce. When the vegetables were tender, we stirred through some Coriander Pesto and topped the curry with fresh coriander for serving.
