Armchair Trip to Greece

Jet off to the scenic shores of Greece with this lovely menu of traditional Greek dishes polished to perfection using locally available ingredients.

Serves 4 – 8

Make ice cream and freeze.
Make Moussaka and refrigerate, ready to bake the next day.
Make Baklava and refrigerate, ready to bake next day.
Chill the wine.

Remove Moussaka and Baklava from the fridge. Bake Baklava and leave to cool.
Set the table.
Marinate cucumber, onion, etc for salad.
Bake Moussaka.
Prepare salad ingredients.
Assemble salad.
Before sitting down to eat, remove ice cream from freezer to soften a little.
