Curry – Aromatic, Spicy and Fragrant
We just love this lamb curry! It is just the dish for a cold winter’s evening. Don’t be put off by the long list of spices, the end result is worth it.

Instead of cooked vegetables, the ideal accompaniments to a curry are rice and sambal salads.
