This year I have decided to bake up a storm before Christmas and to showcase the beautiful red bundt cakes on our Christmas table (one to enjoy) and the rest to be given away as gifts.
With the price of meat going through the roof we phoned Marieta Human who was affiliated with SA Pork Producers for many years. She recommended that we enhance a boned pork neck with stuffing, and blanket it with bacon. What a treat!
Economical, delicious and a dream to carve. The rest of the menu was easy to build around this main course.
