Kickstart the Braai Season

Let’s make a gradual transition from cooking indoors to braaing outdoors with a larger than life lamb shoulder.

Start off by roasting the lamb, low and slow in the oven for 4-5 hours, baste it generously with our Sticky Plum & Soy Marinade & Baste, and finish it off over gentle heat on the braai.

Serve the lamb with Rosemary Potatoes that compliments it to perfection.
