Mother’s Day Breakfast

We planned a special breakfast surprise for Mother’s Day. Not only one that is healthy and delicious, but without leaving the kitchen in chaos.

The biggest challenge with a breakfast is to have everything ready at the same time. For this reason we have given you an order of work plan, and of course, as always, a shopping list.

Soak oats in apple juice for muesli.
Mix Muffins and leave dough unbaked and covered in the fridge.

Preheat oven to 180°C
Prepare tomatoes
Bake Muffins together with tomatoes
Assemble Muesli, ready to serve
Make the Detox Juice
Make Creamed Mushrooms and keep warm
Make toast, butter and cover with ham
Warm Cheese Sauce
Make poached eggs and serve on ham and toast with Cheese Sauce
Make coffee and serve with muffins
