Mother’s Day Breakfast

We planned a special breakfast surprise for Mother’s Day. Not only one that is healthy and delicious, but without leaving the kitchen in chaos.

The biggest challenge with a breakfast is to have everything ready at the same time. For this reason we have given you an order of work plan, and of course, as always, a shopping list.

Order of Work

Night before:

  • Soak oats in apple juice for muesli.
  • Mix Muffins and leave dough unbaked and covered in the fridge.

Next morning

  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Prepare tomatoes
  • Bake Muffins together with tomatoes
  • Assemble Muesli, ready to serve
  • Make the Detox Juice
  • Make Creamed Mushrooms and keep warm
  • Make toast, butter and cover with ham
  • Warm Cheese Sauce
  • Make poached eggs and serve on ham and toast with Cheese Sauce
  • Make coffee and serve with muffins
