Mother’s Day High Tea
Order of Work
- Make Paté, cover and refrigerate.
- Bake biscuits, cool and store in an airtight container.
- Prepare quiche but don’t bake yet. Cover and refrigerate.
- Bake pastry for Tamboesies. Cool and store in an airtight container.
- Make and bake Lemon Meringue Pie. When cool, cover and refrigerate to firm.
On the day
- Set the table, arrange flowers and organise tea, coffee, sugar etc.
- Fill and ice Tamboesies.
- Cut up vegetable crudité.
- Bake Quiche.
- Make tea/coffee and serve.
