Roll out the red carpet and red roses to celebrate romance.

We have a delightful Sparkling Watermelon Cocktail to set the mood. Followed by a very special Seafood Pasta Stack and finally, the ultimate sweet treat, Lemon Meringue Cupcakes.

Serves 2

Prepare biscuit base for meringue cupcakes and level in cupcake holders.
Measure and place ingredients, ready to cook for the main course.
Arrange flowers and chill wine.
Prepare watermelon juice and refrigerate.
Put water filled ice tray in freezer to make smallish ice blocks.

Bake Lemon Meringue cupcakes.
Set the table.
Before dinner
Start cooking the Seafood and Pasta Stacks and steam asparagus or green beans.
Assemble and enjoy watermelon cocktail.
Serve the main course.
Light sparklers and make sweet memories!
