There is something to be said for a relaxed gathering of happy people enjoying a drink and eating something small and delicious. Select any 5 items from our menu.

Serves 8

Roast fillet steak, wrap and refrigerate.
Bake cheese puffs, cool and store in an airtight container.
Make tortillas. Store at room temperature.
Bake bruschetta, cool and store in an airtight container.
Prepare Red Pepper Sip and refrigerate.
Give the chicken a spice rub, refrigerate overnight.
Make sandwich fillings for triangle sandwiches.
Prepare the room, set out glasses, order in drinks and ice, etc.

Prepare poké bowls. Refrigerate.
Fill cheese puffs.
Make triangle shaped sandwiches.
Make open steak sandwiches.
Make open Salmon sandwiches.
Fill bowls with roast pepper sip.
Bake chicken wings.
Spear chicken winglets on sticks and plate. Serve warm.
Plate tortilla bakes. Reheat in oven with chicken, serve warm.
