Spring Braai

Graham looking very happy as he kicks off the first braai of the season. Try our classy and colourful menu, making use of seasonal ingredients like strawberries, spring lamb and lemons!

The Lemonade Cocktail will put all in a good mood and the finale of Lemon Cheesecake with a Meringue Topping will leave a lingering memory of a truly delicious meal.

Make lemon syrup for cocktails
Boil eggs for starter
Marinate lamb in buttermilk
Make and bake Cheesecake and store lightly covered in the fridge

Do potato salad and leave at room temperature
Make Strawberry Salad, but do not dress yet
Prepare Vegetable Kebabs
Wipe down outdoor furniture and sweep stoep
Organise cutlery, crockery and glasses
Start the fire and put the lamb on when ready
Prepare the cocktail using lemon syrup
Prepare the starter and serve with cocktail
Cook the kebabs with the lamb
Rest the lamb and carve
Make coffee and bring out your beautiful Cheesecake
