Spring is in the Air

Our team at the Development Kitchen worked together to prepare eats for around 25 people. The occasion was a casual after five get together. Dainty pastry squares with a variety of toppings, home made cheese straws and beef fillet on bamboo skewers. And to top it off, a show stopper Red Velvet Cake with a Marshmallow Butter Icing.
