Stir-Fry Supper

Autumn is the season to start gathering friends and family indoors again.

This easy stir-fry menu was a sensational success when I served it. At long last we have found a simple method to pre-treat the steak to match or better similar offerings in high class Chinese Restaurants. Do serve it with the Lemon Rice with Omelette Curls.

The dainty, fluffy Coconut Cup Cakes with cream cheese icing is the perfect ending, served with a little cup of Chinese tea.

Bake cupcakes, cool and store in an airtight container.
Cook the rice and refrigerate in an airtight container. The omelette curls and chives must be made and added just before serving, when the rice is reheated the next day.
Chill wine

Make icing, ice and decorate cupcakes.
Pre-soak the steak and prepare the vegetables for the stir-fry.
Make omelette curls and slice chives.
Toss chives with the rice.
Defrost prawns.
Set the table.

Deep-fry prawns and serve.
Complete steak stir-fry and warm rice in the microwave. Serve.
Serve cupcakes and Chinese tea.
