Take An Armchair Trip to Morocco
In 2006, Janet and I took a trip to Marrakech, the historical walled city in Morocco. At the same time, we did a 3 day cookery course. We stayed in a traditional hotel, and apart from the flavourful and aromatic dishes we prepared in our classes, the hotel breakfasts were superb. Delicious flatbreads, freshly cooked in front of our eyes, served alongside the creamiest yoghurt with honey and seasonal fruit. At that time pomegranates were in season.
