Olive Pesto

We source our Kalamata Olives, (slow cured in the traditional way) from the Cederberg area. The farm is biologically friendly, which means nothing it added to the olive trees and nothing taken away, except the olives. To these delicious Kalamata Olives we add extra virgin olive oil, salt cured capers and a dash of Sicilian anchovy to encapsulate the big bold flavours of the Mediterranean.
