When the crates of beautiful red peppers, shiny and sun-ripened, are delivered fresh from the farm to us, it is not only a visual feast but a promise of good things to eat! We char-roast the peppers until soft, sweet and caramelised. After roasting we blend them with extra virgin olive oil, macadamia nuts and aged Parmesan cheese. 125g
